UK SPONSORED APPLICATIONS

How we can assist

Largely through the recommendation of previous clients CVS now receives requests for assistance both from all over Thailand and from sponsors in the UK. This is particularly prevalent with 'family' applications and we have valuable experience of spouse settlement, fiancée, unmarried partner and civil partnership applications.
We can liaise with the applicant and sponsor whilst they are apart and assist with the receipt and handling of the necessary documents from the UK. The process of assessing the application and advising on how best to proceed can often be successfully completed on-line via e-mail and with only brief meetings with the applicant and sponsor prior to the submission of the application.
Information on the process is available in both English and Thai so as to leave both parties involved clear on what is happening and Thai speaking assistance is also provided when necessary.
These applications can be more protracted and frustrating for both applicant and sponsor but our involvement has usually eased the process but despite significantly more time spent with such cases we do not 'load' our fees accordingly.
