OUR POLICIES

• CVS undertakes to operate a policy of transparency. We seek to verify claims made in visa applications and will not support applications where we believe false statements have been made or false documents presented with applications.
• We will respect and protect the confidentiality of any personal or commercially sensitive information that may be contained or inferred in an application nor divulge any information without consent to a third party not directly involved in the application process.
• Whilst we are not required to be regulated we aim to operate within the spirit of industry standards used in the UK and to insist on contracts with clear terms of conditions to the benefit of all parties.
• No applications can be guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for any false statements made or false documents provided by an applicant nor for the actions of the outsource agents or Embassy officials. Production of false documents with a visa application can now lead to severe penalties by the visa officer including effectively a ten year ban on obtaining a visa for the UK.
• Our fees compare favourably with less ‘experienced’ advisors in Thailand but our consultation fees are non refundable and do not include Embassy fees.
